In 2002 the hotel was given a purse awarded by the President of the Estonian Republic for the Beautiful Land Improvement. A guarded car parking area allows to place about 60 caravans and a lot of tents. There is a sandy sea beach 3 km away from the hotel and there is a foot and bicycle path to it. The distinctive feature of the hotel is that each room has its particular interior. There is a bathroom, WC and a TV set in each room. The price of accommodation included breakfast-buffet and aquapark visiting.
